7/22 - Hit and run on west side of Deer Park

At 7:40 this morning, some idiot drove down Lake Avenue going about 50-60 mph in a 30 mph zone and blew two stops signs. When he failed to stop at the stop sign on West 15th street, he crashed into another car that was crossing from the side street and then took off.   If anyone in the Deer Park area sees a black car with spoiler and tinted windows and orange license plate with front end damage, you may want to report it to the 1st precinct (try to take a picture of the license plate).
