Kindergarten registration for students entering May Moore School or John Quincy Adams School for the 2014-2015 school year will be held on March 3, 4 and 5.
You must call Deer Park Office of Central Registration to schedule an appointment for your child. Walk-ins will not be registered. Please call 631-274-4372 to make a kindergarten appointment, which will be held at the school.
Applications are available at John Quincy Adams School, May Moore School and the District Office.

Your child must be five years of age by Dec. 1, 2014 in order to be eligible for the 2014-2015 school year.
If it is determined that your child is (or has been) illegally attending Deer Park Schools, the Deer Park School District will seek tuition reimbursement for the entire period of enrollment.
