5 Library Events Happening This Week

1. Watercolor Workshop: Kids in grades 1 through 5 can hone their artistic skills in the two-part watercolor workshop offered by the Deer Park Public Library. The class starts Monday at 4:30 p.m.

2. Meditation: Unwind during this meditation session at the Deer Park Library from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

3. Job Fair: Looking for work? Come to the job Fair at North Babylon Library on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and meet with job recruiters from local companies. No registration necessary.

4. Crafts for Kids: Children in grades 2 thorugh 5 can create a ceramic heart-shaped box at the North Babylon Library on Thursday at 4 p.m. The program is only open to residents within the North Babylon School District.

5. Free Health Screenings: Representatives from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center will be at the North Babylon Library on Friday offering free health screenings from 10 a.m. to noon.
