Looking for ways to celebrate 2013? Here are some events happening around town.
Start off the new year by giving the gift of life. Take part in a Blood Drive at REVelation Cycle in Deer Park today. Donors will receive a fleece scarf and gloves. Recipients can either choose to keep the items or regift them to a charitable organization. To schedule an appointment, call 631-478-5031.
Celebrate the start of 2013 at the New Year's Eve Dinner and Dance at Constantino Brumidi Lodge. Enjoy a sit-down dinner, dancing, a champagne toast, open bar, DJ and more on Dec. 31, starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are $85 per person. Call Sabrina at 631-422-6934 or Jan at 631-242-7429 for admission.
Kids can Make a New Year’s Eve Noisemaker at Walk-In Crafts at the Deer Park Library on Saturday, Dec. 29 at 10 a.m.

Make a New Year resolution to be more generous in 2013. Start by donating to the Hurricane Sandy Relief Children's Toy and Clothing Drive at Tanger Outlets at The Arches. Toys and clothing can be dropped off at shopper services. Those who donate, will get a free skating pass for their next visit.
