It's official: Denny's is coming to North Babylon.
The Town of Babylon has approved Denny's building permit on the site of the former Continental Diner, which closed last summer at 1143 Deer Park Avenue.
There are currently three Denny's restaurants on Long Island–in Centereach, Levittown and Carle Place. They are traditionally open 24/7.
No word yet on a possible opening date for the new North Babylon location.
