Across the street from the now-vacant Sears Hardware is the Deer Cross shopping center, former home of Active Door & Window.
The commerical property, which sits among several retail and food stores in the strip mall, is up for rent.
According to Interstate Management, the space is about 1,800 square feet.
The mall also has a bagel shop, tanning, nail and hair salons, and a laundromat.
