Joe's Crab Shack Headed to Deer Park
Crab nachos and buckets of shrimp are coming to Tanger Outlets.
Houston-based Joe's Crab Shack is coming to Deer Park.
The newest Long Island location will be based at Tanger Outlets.
The chain, which has about 130 locations nationwide, serves various seafood dishes, including crab nachos, a bucket of shrimp, stuffed snapper and skillet paella.
With months of construction ahead, the Deer Park location is not close to opening, but anyone interested in getting a sneak peak can visit the nearby Joe's Crab Shack in Oceanside, Westbury or Riverhead.
Those willing to wait for Deer Park should be warned: Big crowds often accompany Joe's Crab Shack openings.
Also, according to the company's corporate jobs board, Joe's is looking for a Deer Park manager. That position was posted in mid-September.
