PM Pediatrics Making Headway at Former Blockbuster

The medical group now has a "coming soon" sign above the entrance.

The medical group set to take over the former Blockbuster in North Babylon is making its mark on Deer Park Avenue.

A "coming soon" sign now hangs above the entrance of the building.

PM Pediatrics specializes in emergency care for children and has two other Long Island locations: one in Selden, and another in Syosset.

Construction will soon be underway on the building, Ari Malul of Schuckman Realty Inc., the broker representing the landlord of the property, said.

An official opening date has not yet been scheduled.

Blockbuster closed on April 15 as part of a major downsizing move at the movie and game rental store, which is owned by Dish Network.
