The Town of Babylon invites residents to attend its annual Earth Day Celebration this Saturday.
The Earth Day Celebration will take place on Saturday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m near the pond outside Town Hall. The event will feature rides, games, vendors and assorted crafts.
The town’s 2012 Earth Day celebration included educational presentations on its eco-friendly efforts such as the Long Island Green Homes and the town’s resource recovery facility located in the landfill in West Babylon.
