Today is P.S. I Love You Day, which was started by West Islip High senior Brooke DiPalma in memory of her father Joseph, who committed suicide in 2010. P.S. I Love You Day will be celebrated across the country. So wear something purple today to show your support in the fight to help end bullying, help end depression, and ultimately prevent suicide.

My daughter, Angelina is bringing P.S. I Love You Day,  back to the Babylon Grade school for the second year! She has joined Brooke, to spread the love and show kids that they are special and loved by someone!! I am so very proud of her and so thankful that their are wonderful role models like Brooke DiPalma, who she can look up to and get inspired to pay it forward! Remember to wear purple today! P.S. I Love You!!

The following photo's are from when the North Babylon Lions Club and the North Babylon Boy Scouts Troop #399 donated their time to put together 100 purple flags to be displayed on the lamp post that run along Deer Park Ave, from the NB High School down to Marion G. Vedder Elementary School (Thank you to Joanne Williams for bringing this to North Babylon)...It's a beautiful site to see...Go take a drive down there! Also, my daughter, Angelina took the time to put post-its on all of her 6th grade classmates lockers with something nice on it! She also put up a positive message along a row of lockers! www.facebook.com/FLOofPICTURES
