Armed Robber Holds Up N. Babylon Bank
Armed robbery occurred at TD Bank on Deer Park Avenue Sunday afternoon, police say.
A man with a gun robbed the TD Bank in North Babylon Sunday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.
Police say a man entered the bank, located at 1361 Deer Park Avenue around 2:10 p.m. The man approached a teller, displayed a handgun and presented a note demanding cash, police said.
The teller complied with robber's demand and gave the man cash from the drawer, police said.

The robber fled on foot and was last seen heading eastbound on Faulkner Avenue in North Babylon, police said.
The robber is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, between 35 and 45 years old and with a thin build. He was clean-shaven and was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap at the time of the robbery.
