Deer Park Bank Robbed

Police are searching for a man they say robbed a Deer Park bank on Monday afternoon. 

The man entered New York Commercial Bank on Grand Boulevard around 12:40 p.m. and handed the teller a note demanding cash, police said. 

The teller complied with the demands and the man fled the scene on foot. He was last seen heading west on Grand Boulevard, police said. 

The robber is described as having a dark complexion, between 25 and 35 years old, approximately 5-foot-8, with a slim to medium build. He was wearing a dark knit cap, sunglasses, a brown suede jacket, blue jeans and gloves.
