A Deer Park man was one of three drivers nabbed on a charge of driving while intoxicated during a sobriety checkpoint in Huntington Station this morning.
Suffolk County Police arrested Daniel Ragone, 26, of Deer Park, at a checkpoint located on New York Avenue and Church Street between 12:45 a.m. and 3 a.m.
A total of 71 vehicles went through the checkpoint.
Jonathon Rovet, 25, of Huntington Station and William Jenkins, 34, of Huntington were also charged with driving while intoxicated.
All three will be arraigned today at First District Court in Central Islip.
