Suffolk Police are looking for the second of two male robbers who held up a person on Hunter Avenue in West Islip after arresting one teenager they say participated in the crime.
Joshua Rosenberg, 16, of Deer Park, was arrested on Saturday and is charged with two felonies in relation to the alleged crime that took place last Friday.
A temporary order of protection was issued for the victim after Rosenberg’s arrest and Rosenberg was initially held on $50,000 bond/$25,000 cash bond, according to a county criminal database. On Monday he posted the bond and is due back in court on Friday.
Rosenberg is facing a B felony for robbery with the display of a firearm and a C felony for robbery in the second degree and aided by another person.
Police say the investigation is continuing. Patch will update once more information is provided by the district attorney’s office.
