All Deer Park schools will be closed on Friday due to the approaching snowstorm.
All after-school and evening activities are also canceled on Thursday.
North Babylon schools were closed anyway until Monday for the holiday recess. All district buildings in North Babylon will be closed on Friday and any North Babylon school "personnel scheduled to work tomorrow should not report to work unless otherwise advised."
