North Babylon Academic Team Shines at History Bowl and Bee

On Sunday, December 8th, 2013 the North Babylon Academic Team had three teams compete at the History Bowl and Bee in Manhattan at The School of the Future.  The Varsity A Team comprised of Captain Max S; Emmanuel N; John Cuomo and Cameron S; took 2nd place overall and qualified for the History Bowl Nationals in Washington D.C. in June! The Varsity B Team comprised of Captain Nicholas S; Xavier A; Michael R; Matthew M; and Ernesto C; took 5th place overall.  The JV C Team comprised of Captain Zachary T; Haggai A; Jamaal B; and Joseph D; also took 2nd place  and qualified for the History Bowl Nationals JV division in Washington D.C.  Max S; took 2nd place in the individual Varsity History Bee and Zahcary T; took 4th place in the individual JV History Bee. Great Job North Babylon!!
