Im glad to hear that they only had minor injuries, but there is in accident in that area just aboutRead More every week. People pull in and drive like maniacs because they just don't care.

It doesn't matter if she was pulling into a gas station or not, you don't drive on the shoulder. IfRead More she was paying attention she wouldn't have hit the kids. Knowing DPA, she probably got pissed at the traffic, got cut off twice and decided to gun it down the shoulder just to get to the gas station. But, that's my opinion based off of years of seeing it every day.

"Loitering" in the first degree? That's a trumped up charge if I ever heard one...theyRead More seriously couldn't find more charges to slap on this punk? No failure to stop for emergency vehicle, speeding, using a vehicle as a weapon, or other moving violations? I'm surprised the driver was both legally licensed and insured, and the vehicle was properly registered and inspected - those are the "easy" additional violations to include!

What exactly is criminal obstruction of breathing?
Donald Czarnomski June 4, 2013 at 11:41 am
Hi Janet... "Criminal Obstruction of Breathing" is the act of preventing another personRead More from breathing by applying pressure to the throat or neck or by deliberately blocking a persons airway by blocking the nose and mouth. Sounds a lot like "Assault" to me and it is in fact a form of "Assault", however like most laws, it has a seperate criminal charge associated with it.
