Deer Park Woman Says Cop Stole Explicit Photos Of Her

Pamela Held claims NYPD officer texted sexually suggestive photos from her phone to his.

A Deer Park woman plans to file a lawsuit against the New York City Police Department claiming that a police officer stole risqué photos and videos of her off of her phone.

The New York Daily News reported that Pamela Held, 27, and her attorney, Richard Soleymanzadeh, said that Officer Sean Christian sent photos of Held from her cell phone to his personal cell phone.

Citing police sources, the report noted that Christian, who is assigned to the 104th Precinct in Ridgewood, Queens, is the subject of an Internal Affairs investigation as a result of Held’s claims.

Held’s allegations stem back to an incident on Feb. 6 when she was pulled over by police in Ridgewood because her car had no inspection sticker. Police found prescription drugs in her car and officers on scene, which included Christian, took Held and a companion into custody.

Officers questioned Held about her whereabouts that night and she said she was with friends and had text messages to prove it. She claims police left the room with her phone.

Held also claims that Christian told her that she’s a beautiful girl and that she needed to stop hanging out with the wrong people.

Upon leaving the precinct after being processed on a misdemeanor drug charge, Held said she checked her phone and found that revealing photos of her were sent from her phone to another number.

She later contacted Soleymanzadeh, who had a private investigator trace the unknown number to Christian and learned that he was a police officer.
